At KK-Nails, every press-on nail set is handmade with care and attention to detail.

  • Order processing time: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and ship your order.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
  • Shipping delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. KK-Nails is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or cancel the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because every KK-Nails set is handmade and created with care, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons.

Please read the following policy before placing your order:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference, incorrect sizing, color differences, change of mind, or accidental damage after delivery.
  • Handmade items may have slight variations in color, design, shape, or detail. These small differences are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a quality issue, please contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Before sending any item back, you must email us first for confirmation and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Please include your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description in your email.
  • If the issue is confirmed to be a product quality issue, we will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, partial refund, or full refund when applicable.
