How do I measure my nail size? Can I exchange or return items if I pick the wrong size?
Please use a soft measuring tape to measure the widest part of your natural nail horizontally. Avoid measuring on skin, tilting the tape or pulling it too tight. You may also mark a paper strip and measure it with a ruler.
If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend sizing up and filing the nails down at home. Sizing down will create a slimmer look but cannot fully cover your nail.
Orders with wrong size due to incorrect personal measurement are not eligible for free return or exchange, as it is not a product defect.

How to choose size for curved nail tips? Can flat nails use curved press-ons?
Curved press-ons fit flatter and wider nails better. Measure from your cuticle to the first 1/3 of your nail bed to pick the correct size. If your nail’s widest point is overly broad, the fit will be less ideal. Extra pointed nail shapes are not recommended for curved front-end designs.

What sizes are included in one set? Can I customize individual nail sizes per finger?
Standard sets come with 10 common sizes to fit most customers’ fingers. Custom sets with exclusive size for each single finger are available via customer service request.

What material are the press-on nails made of? Are they toxic or damaging to natural nails?
Our press-on nails are crafted from eco-friendly ABS resin, painted and sealed with salon-grade UV gel polish. No toxic harsh chemicals are used. When applied and removed following our guide, they will not file or damage your natural nails, much gentler than salon manicures.
Is it normal to have a slight odor when opening the package?
A faint resin scent is normal due to sealed packaging. Leave the nails aired for around 24 hours and the smell will fade completely, this is not a defect.
What if the item color differs from the listing photo?
All product photos are shot from real items. Minor color difference caused by lighting and screen display is inevitable, final color is subject to the physical product, slight shade variation is not eligible for return.

How many application methods are there? How long does each method last?
Glue Tabs (double-sided jelly tape): 1-2 weeks wear, single use only, peel off gently.

Liquid Nail Glue: 3-7 days wear, remove via warm water soak, nails reusable.

Solid UV Nail Glue: 2+ weeks wear after LED curing, removable with acetone/alcohol, reusable.
Wear duration varies based on daily activities, hand washing frequency and nail prep, we do not guarantee a fixed lasting time.

How long should I avoid water after application?
Avoid prolonged water exposure within 2 hours after application to prevent lifting or peeling before the adhesive fully sticks.

Will opening cans or heavy tasks pop the press-on nails off?
Glue tabs and solid glue hold well for daily light tasks. If you use strong liquid nail glue, avoid excessive prying or force on hard objects to prevent nail tip cracking. Simple can opening is acceptable.

What is the correct removal method? Can I pick the nails off directly?
Do not force or pick nails off directly, this will split and damage your natural nail.
Correct steps: Soak fingers in warm water to soften adhesive → lift nail edge with wooden cuticle stick → slide and peel off slowly → wipe leftover glue from nail bed. Acetone remover can assist removal for nail glue applications.

How many times can I reuse the press-on nails?
With proper gentle removal and no cracking, nails applied with liquid glue or solid gel can be reused 5-10 times. Glue tabs are single-use and need replacement for every wear.

Any tips for curing solid nail glue with UV lamp?
Dark and fully opaque nails block UV light, leading to incomplete curing and weaker hold, liquid glue is more recommended for dark designs. Cure each side including nail edges for minimum 60 seconds under LED lamp.

When will my order be shipped? How long is international shipping?
In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days; custom orders take 5-7 business days for production.
Standard US shipping takes 7-15 working days, expedited shipping takes 3-7 days, subject to courier schedule

Which situations qualify for return or exchange?
Free replacement, return or exchange is only available for factory defects including missing nails, broken pieces and obvious painting flaws, with proof submitted within 48 hours upon delivery.
Wrong size, personal dislike, minor color difference and man-made damage after wear are not eligible for after-sales service.

What if the package is lost or tracking has no update for a long time?
Please contact our customer support directly, we will track the shipment and arrange re-delivery or order solution based on courier confirmation.

What accessories are included in each set?
Each standard set includes press-on nail tips, glue tab sheet, nail file, alcohol wipes, wooden cuticle stick and cleansing pads. Liquid nail glue and solid gel glue are optional add-on items.

Are these nails safe for pregnant people or sensitive nails?
All materials meet cosmetic safety standards with no harsh irritants. If you have extremely sensitive or inflamed nail beds, please do a patch test first. Safe for pregnant customers.
