How do I measure my nail size correctly?
Ensure the measuring tape is placed horizontally across the widest part of your natural nail bed, following its natural curve without tension. You can also press a strip of paper/tape across your nail, mark the edges, and measure it flat against a ruler.
If you find yourself between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size and gently filing the sides down at home for a bespoke fit.

Can I return or exchange my nails if I select the wrong size?
As each set of KK-Nails is bespoke and individually handcrafted to order, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to sizing errors. If you are unsure of your size, we highly recommend ordering our Sizing Finder Kit before placing your order.

Can I request custom individual sizes for each finger?
Yes. If your measurements do not align with our standard S, M, or L sizes, please select the "Custom Size" option on the product page and leave your exact measurements in millimeters (from thumb to pinky) in the order notes.

How do I apply KK-Nails, and how long do they last?
We offer three seamless application methods depending on your lifestyle:
Adhesive Tabs (Jelly Glue): Perfect for short-term wear (1–3 days). Ideal for weekends or photoshoots. Nails are fully reusable.
Liquid Nail Glue:Designed for medium wear (1–2 weeks). Perfect for vacations. Nails are reusable with proper care.
Solid UV Gel Glue (requires UV lamp):Our professional recommendation for maximum longevity (3–4 weeks+). Fits like salon acrylics and leaves nails reusable.

What is the correct way to remove the press-on nails safely?
To preserve both your natural nails and your KK-Nails set:
1. Soak your hands in warm soapy water (mixed with a few drops of baby oil or olive oil) for 10-15 minutes.
2. Gently slide the wooden cuticle stick under the edges of the press-ons to lift them.
3.Never force or rip them off, as this may damage your natural nail bed.

What accessories are included in each KK-Nails set?
Every order arrives in a luxury storage box and includes a complete Prep Kit: a mini nail file, a wooden cuticle stick, professional adhesive tabs, alcohol prep pads, and liquid nail glue.

What materials are used for KK-Nails? Are they safe?
We use only premium, salon-grade ABS resin bases and layer them with 7 coats of professional Japanese gel polish, sealed with a high-shine UV topcoat. All materials are non-toxic, odorless, and completely safe—even for pregnant individuals.

Why does my set look slightly different from the product photos?
Since every single nail is painted, sculpted, and decorated by hand in our studio, no two sets are identical. Minor differences in gem placement or brushstrokes are the natural signature of luxury artisan work, making your set uniquely yours.
